North Bay Blvd Duplex Cottage |

This charming duplex is a leisurely one block from the beach and
the fishing pier. It is close to restaurants, shopping and the
(free) island trolley. The units can be rented together or
individually. Bring your roller blades or consider renting a
bicycle. Nothing is far away on Anna Maria Island!

The house was built in the 1970's and has just been renovated. Each
side has one bedroom with queen sized bed and a second bedroom with
twins. A crib is available if needed. #702 has sliding glass doors
that open onto the patio and garden. #704 has a faux finish "stone"
wall and bright window with lace curtains in the master bedroom.

Each kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space as well as
refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven. Dishes, pots and
pans, and all utensils are provided, of course. A stacked
washer/dryer and iron/ironing board are concealed in the closet.

The house can accommodate four people comfortably and six in a pinch
with the queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room. The second
bedroom contains two twin beds dresser and nightstand. A crib is
available if needed

Both apartments have satellite TV and ample seating for six.
Although the layouts of the two units are mirror images, the decor
in each is unique.
